Mobile notary in Snohomish County

This is my home county. I am based in Stanwood at the north end, and I work the whole corridor south through Marysville and Everett down to Brier and Edmonds. Shift work at Boeing, Naval Station Everett, and the hospital systems is the reason I hold evening hours.

Do you charge extra to travel within the county?

Travel is quoted based on distance and time of day and agreed in writing before the appointment. A travel fee is separate from the notarial fee and is not required by law. You are always free to bring a document to a notary instead.

What identification do I need?

Current government issued photo ID showing your signature. Driver license, state ID, US passport, military ID, or tribal ID. If your ID is expired or your name has changed, call before the appointment rather than finding out at the table.

Can you tell me what my document means?

No. A Washington notary is not an attorney and may not explain, interpret, or advise on a document, or recommend whether you should sign. Questions about terms go to your attorney, loan officer, or escrow officer.
